Renewal, currency and cards
Only the subscription renews
The $0.99 plan renews monthly. Every other package is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal.
Turn off renewal in the account
CooMeet’s FAQ: open your profile photo, then the gear icon and Personal details, and cancel automatic renewal from the three-dot menu. Support can also do it.
Payments are in US dollars
If you pay in another currency, the amount is converted at your bank’s rate, so the charge on your statement can differ slightly.
Remove a saved card
On the payment page, a linked card shows an X icon next to it. Select it to remove the card from your account.
What you get for free
CooMeet says new users get a free trial and that free chatting is possible with restrictions. It also runs promotions: after registering and confirming your email you may receive minutes as a gift, and every Premium package credits 10 to 100 bonus minutes. Unused weekly minutes of the subscription expire before the next weekly credit.
